Introduction
Here at Sandown Sports Club we aim to get right behind every member and their fitness focus, whether it be weight loss, muscle building, fat burning, or just feeling better about your body and ultimately, yourself.

We have an expert team and the right equipment and classes to help you get there. We also cater for junior’s fitness and rehabilitation too, so no matter what your age or ability, we promise you a great experience.

 

Brand New to Sandown Sports Club
Sandown Sports Club has just opened Esher’s first and only dedicated Functional Fitness Studio.

Fitted with the fitness industry’s latest top quality equipment and staffed with friendly and qualified instructors, Sandown Functional Fitness Studio will encourage all fitness levels, from nervous and new clients to established athletes.

The team will use their extensive knowledge to create a fitness experience that can offer sound advice along with functional equipment, helping clients of all ages to improve their fitness and general wellbeing, and even putting the fun back into fitness!

New Gym

Resistance Equipment and Cardiovascular
If you enjoy resistance training but not free weights, our instructors at Sandown Sports Club will get right behind you with a program using a complete range of specialist equipment. The fixed weight and cable machines give you everything you need to challenge every muscle group in your body. Our fixed machine studio is situated in our upper gym with magnificent views.

 

Cardiovascular
As you would expect, Sandown Sports has an impressive array of kit, from Cross-trainers to Steppers, Recumbent Bikes and Rowers, so that virtually no one has to queue and everyone gets the most out of their workout time. Also situated in our upper studio overlooking the racecourse at Sandown Park, we also offer personal TV’s on selected machines so you can listen to and watch your own favourite TV programme.

Feel free to book a regular review with an instructor free of charge, as much as once a month if you like, all included n your membership.

 

Personal Training
Whatever your focus, our own in house Personal Trainers at Sandown Sports will get right behind you with all the expert guidance you need. Whether your aim is losing weight, improving fitness, chiselling a six- pack or developing a specific muscle group, our personal trainers will coach and motivate you until you get there.

At Sandown Sports we offer Personal Training packages which are very affordable and flexible. For members only – £48 per session, £225 for 5 sessions or £399 for 10 sessions include one sport massage. For non-members Personal Training is available at £50 per session.

 

Junior Gym

Work out in our fully functioning gym using an exercise programme specifically tailored to your fitness or sports related performance goals.

Junior gym time allocations are every Saturday and Sunday  between 11:00am – 12:00pm. We offer some morning sessions during school holidays, which are advertised within the club.

The cost for members children is £4 and non-members children is £6 per session. Please contact us at reception to book.

Upon the first visit, a parent or guardian is required to accompany the junior to sign a health and contact questionnaire, this is essential prior to use.

Juniors are only allowed access at the above times
