How To Book
Please contact our bookings office on 01372 467132 (Option 2)
Please have ready:
1. The dates you would like to book and alternative dates if necessary.
2. The Course Code where appropriate.
3. Your Credit Card / Debit Card for payment. (We do not accept Amex.)
Payment must be made with the booking
After Making Your Booking
Once your booking has been accepted we will email you our confirmation pack, which will include:
A receipt of your booking and the payment received.
A map and general information sheet.
Rules & regulations form.
(This form must be signed and handed into reception upon arrival for your lesson)
Refund & Cancellation Policy
14 days notice prior to the start date of the tuition must be given in order to receive a refund. Any cancellation within 14 days will only be refunded or transferred once the booking has been resold.
30 days notice is required to receive a full refund on all parties.
During the winter season should you have any other queries please email the booking office on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply within 24 hours.
