No matter how hard we may try, we all indulge a little more than we should over Christmas. And why shouldn’t we? It is the most wonderful time of the year after all.
Luckily you don’t need to worry too much, as Sandown Sports have teamed up with KST adventure fitness camp to bring you a series of Bootcamps. These will run at Sandown Sports every Monday and Wednesday mornings, starting 8th January, from 6.00 – 6.45 am. What a great way to kickstart your day! They will be run by Kate Staples and Brian Hooper.
What exercises will we do?
Exercises include core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, skipping, circuit training, hiking, fitness kick boxing, Pilates, sports drills, obstacle courses, mat work, games, surprises and more! Exercises target specific areas that women need to work on. We make use of the natural environment and every day is different!
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your bottom and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. You will also meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.
What Adventure bootcamp is NOT:
A militaristic style format where you will be humiliated or shouted at. A competitive environment where you will be pushed beyond your abilities. Once again, this is a friendly, fun environment where everyone works to the best of there ability.
Expected results when you complete camp are:
- loss of inches of body fat
- Greatly improved posture
- Better relaxation

- 100% gain in self-confidence
10 sessions are £100, 20 sessions are £200, alternatively a drop in session is £15.
