Learn to Lift

Ever wanted to step into the weights room but were fearful of making a mistake? Or are you a frequent lifter looking to learn a little more about compound lifts? 

Our new lifting courses are aimed at everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or set to be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger!

We will be running 6 week beginner and advanced courses starting this September to help you master Olympic lifts and improve your training. 
 
Courses will cost £60 per person (£10 a week) and will contain a limited number per session to give you the most out of your training.

Courses are suitable for complete beginners as well as those that are more advanced, and will be running at various times throughout the week (timings TBC with each group).
