Easy Vegan Chilli

Method

Chop vegetables into medium and small cubes, drain beans and crush garlic

At high heat, fry onions and peppers, add crushed garlic, Cumin, Cayenne pepper, Chilli powder. 

Fry for 2-3 minutes until crisped and spiced mixed.

Add canned tomato, tomato puree and garlic puree.

Pour mixture into slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. 

Add 1 cup of water so all vegetables are mostly in liquid 

Place on high heat for…….. 

Cook for 2 hours 

 

Voila

Serve with:

Tortilla chips or rice 

Toppings: avocado, cheese or sour cream

1 carrot

2 small peppers (mixed)

½ onion

1 can of tomato 

2 tomatoes

1 can mixed bean salad (in water) 

Cumin

1 garlic cloves
