POWER RIDE

A mixture of beautifully crafted athletic based workouts, consisting of HIIT, power climbing and endurance. Suitable for all, but the serious cyclist can get a great workout to help them increase their outdoor cycling performance. 

 

TEMPO RIDE

Steady tempo of an intensity to challenge you, but not to break you!  Great fat burning, stamina training, heart and muscle endurance training. 

 

CLUB RIDE

A musical motivational sensation and uplifting fun class. Get lost in the music for an effective and euphoric workout.

Esher’s only indoor cycling spin studio featuring 18 high spec Startrac bikes in a fully air-conditioned studio.   We’re going to be adding classes all the time so keep checking the website or our facebook page for programme updates.

For what’s classed as a high intensity workout, its surprisingly low impact on your joints, making it suitable for all ages and abilities. You are in control of your gear and work at the speeds guided by your instructor to simulate outside terrain. Teamed with motivating music to enhance your ride experience, and help you get the most out of the class.

Our cycle classes are split into different themed rides for you to get the most out of your workouts. We have Power Ride, Tempo and Club ride. All slightly different and add some variation to the style of the class.

Sandown Cycle is included in all Sandown Sports memberships. Non-members can take advantage of 12 sessions for the price of 10, pay £80 for 12 session ticket.  First trial class is free for non-members.
