In order to allow juniors to get into fitness from an early age and perfect their techniques, at Sandown Sports we offer training sessions for 11-15 year olds.  Junior Gym runs on Saturdays 11-12.00pm and Sundays 12-1pm. We also offer some morning sessions during school holidays, which will be advertised within the club.

One of our fully qualified personal trainers will run the sessions using an exercise programme specifically tailored to each individual’s fitness or sports related performance goals.

The cost per session for member’s children is £4 and for non-members children is £6. Junior memberships are also available for £15 per month, click here for more information. Upon the first visit, a parent or guardian is required to accompany the junior to sign a health and contract questionnaire; due to health and safety reasons, this is essential prior to the session commencing.

All of our Juniors will progress through the brand new fundamentals courses! Fundamentals 1, 2 and 3 have been specially designed to teach your teens how to safely and suitably exercise in the gym, as well as teaching them some key movement skills that will relate into their every day life.

Each Junior, (those new to the gym as well as those who have been coming for years) will be given their very own training log to keep track of their progress, with more opportunities for help from our expert team of trainers.

These new sessions will be running from Saturday 11th January, at the usual times of:
Saturdays 11am-12pm
Sundays 12pm-1pm
