Barre Class

Glamour magazine describes Barre as the the hottest workout class of the last decade.

They say: If you don’t quite have the co-ordination of Misty Copeland but still want her enviable flexibility and core strength, barre is for you.  Classes target the smaller supporting muscles, building strength and tone in your core. If that wasn’t enough, the stretches will give you the long, lean limbs of a dancer.

Boxercise has developed and adapted age-old boxing training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability. No need for your own equipment (although inner gloves or hand wraps are desired) just come along and have one of the best calorie burning classes on our timetable.

Cardio Power
A fast-moving high intensity cardio workout incorporating body weight exercises. A high calorie burner to improve fitness and tone your whole body.

Circuit Training
A full body conditioning session combining weighted, cardiovascular and bodyweight exercises in a sequence to aid muscle growth, toning and high calorie burn.

Dynamic Yoga
Balances the mind and body with flowing, energising movements. Great for flexibility and strength.

Group Cycle
A high intensity cycling workout is guaranteed to make you sweat! From sprints to hill climbs this class will go through a variety of intensities to give you a high calorie burn and work those legs.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga.

High Intensity Interval Training. Short intervals of intense exercise to give you an all over body burn, which will leave you burning more calories for up to 24 hours post workout.


Pilates is a very safe and effective form of exercise, which works by strengthening the core postural muscles of the body.  

One of the many benefits of pilates is the reduction of back pain due to the strengthening of core muscles.  A consistent programme will improve posture, decrease pain, help with rehabilitation and improve balance – one of the reasons why Pilates enjoys unique support from the medical profession and is at the leading edge of sports medicine today.

A full-body workout using weights to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body, suitable for all abilities.

Lift and Tone
Squat, bench and crunch your way to a stronger, healthier you! Combining Olympic lifting techniques with plyometric training this class will test your limits and leave you looking toned and feeling stronger.

Total Body Workout
All over fitness – burn calories by increasing your heart rate, and tone all the major muscle groups using a variety of banded, weighted and bodyweight exercises.

TRX Training
Focused around the TRX suspension straps, this class is a full body workout which is lower impact than our normal circuit classes, but don’t think that means it won’t be tough! This class is great for those that suffer with knee issues or reduced mobility, or just those who are looking to try something new!

This CrossFit inspired class incorporates cardio, weightlifting and endurance-based work. Think high reps, high intensity and a wide range of equipment and exercises – so if you’re up for a challenge this will definitely test your strength and fitness.

A session based upon stretch, balance, relaxation, and strength.
