Indian Head Massage

This ancient therapy concentrates on areas of the body most vulnerable to stress/tension – head, neck and shoulders – resulting in increased blood and lymph circulation which may help to relieve headache, sinus congestion or eye strain.

Sports Massage Therapist

Liz qualified with a level 4 diploma in Sports Massage and Therapy and has been practising for over twenty years now. She can offer Sports, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, along with taping and IASTM. She aims to treat all clients to not only reduce their pain and discomfort, but to also arm them with rehab exercises, in order to remain pain free moving forward. She is a certified Personal Trainer so this also comes hand in hand.  Remember, you don’ t have to be a sports person to benefit from Sports Massage!

Pam Diamond
Reflexologist and indian head therapist

Pam is a Reflexologist and Indian Head Massage therapist with over 20 years experience. She also trained in maternity reflexology and is a qualified nurse. 

Reflexology and Indian Head Massage can be enjoyed on their own and also work extremely well together. They can help with reduction of stress and better quality sleep, resulting in total relaxation of the mind and body. Perfect after a hard day at work or a workout in the gym or a game of squash! 

Ceri Thomas
Sports Therapist

Ceri is a qualified dance teacher and her interest lies in the body and how it works.  She decided to learn more about biomechanics and physiology so studied for her ITEC Level 3 in Sports Massage Diploma and then her BTEC Level 5 in Sports and Remedial Massage.  Not content with just those qualifications she decided to increase her knowledge by studying a BSc in Sports Therapy and is currently in her last year.  She can also offer Dry Needling/Medical Acupuncture, Cupping and mobilisations. She has more goals and more courses to study with the aim of helping people get back to pre-injury condition as both rehabilitation and prehabilitation are both intrinsically linked.
