In order to allow juniors to get into fitness from an early age and perfect their techniques, at Sandown Sports we offer training sessions for 11-16 year olds. Junior Gym runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm-5pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays at 11am-12pm. We additionally offer some morning sessions during school holidays, which will be advertised within the club.

One of our fully qualified personal trainers will run the sessions using an exercise programme specifically tailored to each individual’s fitness or sports related performance goals.

The cost per session for member’s children is £4 and for non-members children is £6. Upon the first visit, a parent or guardian is required to accompany the junior to sign a health and contract questionnaire; due to health and safety reasons, this is essential prior to the session commencing.
