In order to allow juniors to get into fitness from an early age and perfect their techniques, at Sandown Sports we offer training sessions for 11-16 year olds. Junior Gym runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm-5pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays at 11am-12pm. We additionally offer some morning sessions during school holidays, which will be advertised within the club.

One of our fully qualified personal trainers will run the sessions using an exercise programme specifically tailored to each individual’s fitness or sports related performance goals.

The cost per session for member’s children is £4 and for non-members children is £6. Junior memberships are also available for £12 per month, click here for more information. Upon the first visit, a parent or guardian is required to accompany the junior to sign a health and contract questionnaire; due to health and safety reasons, this is essential prior to the session commencing.

NEW! Family Fitness is a fun gym session involving you and your children, providing an opportunity to work together and get fitter as a family! Maximum of 2 children to each adult. Please only book these sessions if your child/ children are attending.

Parent and Child Sandown Cycle Classes

Over the summer, the Monday and Wednesday 9.45am cycle classes will now be open to parents and children over the age of 11 – so bring your child along and smash a Sandown Cycle class together. Maximum of 2 children to each adult. Please note that these classes are still open to regular members. Spaces are limited so please ensure you ring up and book enough spaces before hand to avoid disappointment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to help your child set up their bike. Your child cannot attend without an Adult. The same fees apply as Junior Gym.
