Phoebe has years of competitive Cheerleading experience; She won 4 National Titles, and represented England in the World Cheerleading Championships twice. She has recently qualified as a PT, and is very clued in with the lastest fitness trends. If you’re after a new and unusual workout, she’ll put an effective and innovative training programme together for you.
