Here’s how it works

We start with your free consultation to dive deep into your goals and motivations, as well as your current workout and nutrition habits.

Based on everything you tell us, the team put together your bespoke 28-day programme, which will be followed during your 2 or 3 personal training sessions each week. Our trainers are there to guide you every step of the way.

You’ll also be given some small but easy goals to achieve at home so you don’t forget about your journey once you leave the gym each week.

At the end of the 28-days, you will be well on track to reaching your health and fitness goals, whether that’s with, or without us by your side. We aim to create a lifelong relationship with our clients, meaning we’re here to help whenever you need us.
